What is CBD?

What are the potential benefits of using CBD products?
CBD, which is also called Hemp Extract, has a reputation for helping a wide variety of health issues. Reported benefits include more restful sleep, reduced anxiety, enhanced calm and relaxation and so much more.
Where do you get your Hemp Extract?
At Nature’s Script, our top priority is quality. That’s why we only source our CBD from premium Industrial Hemp. We work with farmers who are experts in Hemp growing, and who employ sustainable methods of farming. Sourcing superior quality Hemp Extract from responsible, eco-friendly farms is a win-win for your health and the environment.
Is Hemp the same thing as Marijuana?
Hemp and Marijuana are commonly confused with one another, and they are both members of the Cannabis family. Marijuana contains a higher potency of THC, the compound that gets you “high” and contains psychoactive properties. Hemp, on the other hand, contains only trace amounts of THC and would not produce a high even if smoked. Many CBD products, including ours, contain less than 0.3% THC. Historically, Hemp has been highly valuable use in the paper, clothing, food and beverage, fuel and housing industries. In recent years, Hemp is being farmed for its powerful medicinal benefits. Nature’s Script CBD is federally legal, safe and not associated with any dangerous side effects.

How does Nature's Script Ensure Quality?
Nature's Script does many things to ensure our products comply with the state of Florida’s rules for products containing hemp-extracted CBD oil.
For example, we provide a certificate of analysis provided by an independent testing lab that states the product contains a THC concentration that does not exceed 0.3 percent. That same certificate of analysis states that the product does not contain contaminants unsafe for human consumption.
Additionally, all of our packaging includes a scannable or quick response (QR) code that will link you directly to our website so you may view the lab results done by an independent testing lab. The packaging includes the batch number; the url of the website where product information may be obtained; the expiration date; number of milligrams of hemp extract, as well as a statement that the THC in the product does not exceed 0.3 percent on a dry-weight basis.
How long does it take to feel the effects of CBD?
The amount of time it takes to feel effects varies from person to person. CBD's effects largely depend on metabolic factors like your weight and age. Also, the overall impact of CBD can differ from person to person depending on the reason for taking it. We strongly advise using our products on a regular basis to maximize your results.
Which product is right for me?
All our products contain the same premium CBD, just available in different forms, potency levels, and sizes. It’s important to keep in mind that, while useful and helpful, Hemp Extract affects everyone differently. Here is some general information about our products to help you decide which is best for your specific needs:

CBD E-Liquid – Nature’s Script CBD E-liquids are among the most popular and potent in the market. They provide a more immediate effect, as they are consumed directly into the lungs. Our customers choose our e-liquids for the delicious flavors and relaxing experience.
CBD Oil – Our oils contain our Hemp Extract in its simplest form. Because these oils do not include any additional calming ingredients, our customers tell us this product is the most energizing and uplifting. We recommend CBD Oil for daily use to boost overall health.
CBD Capsules – We hear that of all our products, our Hemp Extract Capsules can have the most long-lasting effects. These potent pills are particularly helpful for those seeking full-body benefits.
CBD Syrup – Our syrups are recommended if you like to customize your Hemp Extract serving size and/or take larger servings. You can pour and measure as little or as much as you’d like. It tastes like delicious fruit punch and does not have a medicinal after taste. Take our syrup on its own or mix into your favorite beverage.
CBD Pain Gel – Nature’s Script Pain Gel is a potent, cooling, deep-penetrating topical solution. It is designed to deliver the medicinal benefits of Hemp Extract to your joints, bones and muscles. Our Pain Gel is popular for use after workouts, yoga sessions or whenever you're in need of cooling pain relief.
Can I give Nature’s Scripts products to children?
We do not recommend giving CBD products to children. If you are a parent and would like to give our products to your child, consult with your family physician.
Can I give Nature’s Scripts products to my pets?
The therapeutic qualities of CBD can also have a positive impact on your pets. We offer a Hemp Oil product specifically designed for pets. We recommend speaking with your family veterinarian before giving Hemp Oil to your pet.
What form of payment do you accept online?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and JCB.
Why did my online order fail?
Here are a few reasons why your online order may have failed.
1. Your card was declined by the merchant processor. This typically means that your bank has declined the transaction as a protective measure to prevent fraudulent transactions. To approve the order, please contact your credit card company and authorize the sale.
2. The card number you entered is invalid or incorrect.
3. The three-digit security code on the back of your card was not entered or was entered incorrectly.
4. Your order failed because we do not accept certain credit cards. We only accept credit cards approved through Authorize.Net. This system will not accept prepaid or gift cards of any kind.
5. The cart timed out during checkout.
If you are having trouble ordering online, please contact our friendly customer service team. They will be happy to take your order over the phone. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within five to ten business days. For international orders, please allow 15 to 30 days for delivery. When your order ships, you will receive your order’s tracking information, so you can monitor its progress.
Please note: during the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may be delayed due to carrier limitations.
I saw a coupon after I placed my order. Can you refund the difference?
We often promote various coupon codes on our website and social media pages, as well as in our newsletter. We encourage our customers to check these resources before placing an order to ensure they are taking advantage of our latest promotions. We do not offer refunds for customers after a purchase has been made. However, our customer service department is available to provide discounts on future orders.
I am an international customer, and I don’t see my country in the dropdown list during checkout. Does this mean I can’t order?
If we don’t currently ship to your country, please contact us at 800-589-9098 to speak with our customer service team about adding your country to the shipping list. Please note we cannot ship to the United Kingdom at this time.
