Shipping Policy

Nature’s Script accepts orders 24/7, and your order will be processed by our shipping team when it is received. If you choose expedited shipping, your order may be given priority to ensure that we’re able to deliver it within the requested time frame. Shipping fees are calculated after all discounts, including redeemed points codes and before taxes.

  • Orders under $50 will ship standard USPS for a $5 cost
  • Orders $50-$124.99 will ship standard USPS for free
  • Orders $125+ will ship free two-day UPS
  • On ANY order, customers can choose overnight UPS shipping for a $20 flat fee

Where We Ship

All 50 U.S. States

  • Includes the District of Columbia and APO / FPO military addresses
  • Packages shipped to military addresses can take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive

We are unable to ship orders to Canada at this time due to changes in Canadian law regarding CBD products. Unfortunately, packages containing CBD products are no longer allowed through customs. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and encourage you to check back soon for an update.

Expedited Shipping

Our team works to make sure that you’ll receive your packages as quickly as possible. Our expedited shipping may arrive later than expected due to UPS delays beyond our control.

We do not offer shipping guarantees, and USPS and UPS delays beyond our control may cause longer wait times. APO and APE military addresses cannot select expedited shipping. We invite you to contact our customer service team with questions about your specific order.

Two-Day Shipping

  • All orders placed by 1pm EST will be ship the same date
  • Orders between Friday 1pm EST and Sunday will ship on the next business day

Overnight UPS Shipping

  • All orders placed by 1pm EST will be ship the same date
  • Orders between Friday 1pm EST and Sunday will ship on the next business day

Standard Shipping

USPS First class mail processing time is 2-9 days. Package Services is not a guaranteed service; delivery by a certain date or time. Domestic packages usually take 5 to 10 business days to arrive at their final location. If you need a package sooner, we recommend choosing expedited shipping.

Holidays & Sales

Shipping and processing times may be lengthened during busy sale times and Holiday seasons that create a high volume of orders. UPS does not ship on the following holidays regardless of whether you’ve selected expedited shipping:
