- Strainer (if you use Green Tea leaves)
- Cup of hot water (about 175 degrees)
- Stainless steel/clay cup
- 5 to 10 milligrams of Nature’s Script Peppermint CBD Oil
1.) Fill your stainless-steel pot with filtered or spring water.
2.) Put your pot filled with water on the stove; you will want to heat your water to about 175 degrees.
